Architect | Poole We''re seeking an experienced Architect to join a well-established practice based in Poole. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and play a key role in business growth. The Role Youll be responsible for managing projects through all RIBA stages (07), maintaining close contact with end-user clients, contractors, and consultants. Alongside project delivery, youll also support the Director in driving business development, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from concept to completion, including design, technical delivery, and coordination. Prepare and submit drawings, technical specifications, and planning/building control applications. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM 2015. Mentor and manage Assistants and Technicians. Support business development through networking, client relationship management, and fee proposals. Monitor project costs, programmes, and resource allocation. Assist with health and safety, quality assurance, and CAD standards within the practice. About You ARB Registered Architect (RIBA membership desirable). Minimum 3 years post-Part 3 experience. Strong design and technical ability, with excellent self and peer-checking skills. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS. Strong knowledge of construction processes, Building Regulations, and CDM Regulations. Experience of running projects and managing client relationships. Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to business development.
