Principal Recruitment Consultant (360) US Construction & Civil Engineering Location: Poole (Hybrid Options Available) Hours: 12:00 20:00, Monday to Thursday WFH Friday (work from anywhere you like!) What Youll Be Doing Managing a 360 recruitment desk , specialising in Construction and Civil Engineering roles across the US market . Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Actively sourcing and headhunting skilled professionals in niche technical sectors. Overseeing the full recruitment process from client development and job qualification through to offer management and post-placement follow-up. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a 360 recruiter , ideally within Construction, Civil Engineering, or a similar technical industry. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Confident communicator with the drive to succeed in a competitive, international market.
