Key Responsibilities Menu Excellence: preparation of seasonal menus, using your craft skills working with fresh ingredients. Team Leadership: supervising and motivating the kitchen team and front of house team to ensure a smooth service. Safety Champion: ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, allergen and H&S regulations.
