Recruitment Branch Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Recruitment business based in the Wakefield area. You will be inheriting team of consultants, with an existing logistics client base. You will play a big part in all aspects of the role from helping to fill bookings when needed to coaching and mentoring members of the team. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B recruitment role to be considered for this position. Other Duties Provide Overall Branch Support Conduct Daily Morning Meetings Set and Monitor KPI's for Branch Staff Lead by example in a full 360 recruitment capacity Attend Management Meetings Liaise with Regional BDM Provide weekly forecasting to senior management team Ensure compliance with relevant law, regulations and policies Schedule regular service visits with clients to ensure consistency of service Benefits 25 days holiday plus 8 days public holidays 2 wellbeing days Birthday off Subsidised Fuel Card Casual Dress Early finish Fridays Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 2pm TPBN1_UKTJ
