Do you love turning big ideas into social content people actually want to engage with?We’re looking for a Social Media Content Strategist to help bring some of the world’s most influential ideas to life on social platforms.This role sits at the intersection of editorial craft, social distribution, data, and emerging technology. You’ll work with high‑quality source material and use insight, creativity, and AI‑enabled tools to shape engaging, platform‑native content at global scale.If you care about how ideas travel, enjoy adapting a single insight into multiple formats, and are excited by how AI can improve content workflows (without replacing good judgement), this role will suit you well.What you’ll be doingTranslating complex ideas into clear, compelling social media contentAdapting single concepts into multiple formats and platform‑specific executionsWriting, editing, and refining copy to a consistently high editorial standardUsing performance insights and social analytics to guide content decisionsApplying structured thinking to content development and deliveryUsing AI tools to support ideation, drafting, variation, and workflow efficiencyGenerating content variations for different audiences and use casesCollaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed environmentEnsuring all content is on‑brand, high‑quality, and safe to publishWhat we’re looking for2–4 years’ experience in social media, editorial, brand, or communications rolesExperience managing social content for a global organisation, media company, or brandExceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong editorial eyeSound social media judgement and understanding of audience behaviour across platformsHands‑on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite or similar)Ability to create or refine visual assets using tools such as CanvaFamiliarity with analytics, reporting, and content optimisationInterest in or experience using AI‑enabled tools for content creation or analysisHighly organised, comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesStrong collaborator with confident stakeholder management skillsAssignment detailsUK-based, remote role12‑month assignment, engaged and paid via ISE Partners, working on assignment at our client
