Job DescriptionI am recruiting for a Commercial Sales & Marketing Director to join a leading commercial HVAC manufacturer in the UK. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for defining and delivering the sales and marketing strategy across the UK market.The successful candidate will lead specification-led sales activity through consultants, drive contractor and end-user engagement, and take overall accountability for revenue growth and profitability. The role carries a clear mandate to double the size of the business over the next three years and operates as part of the senior leadership team.Key responsibilities include leading sales and marketing teams, setting commercial strategy, managing key client relationships, overseeing forecasting and performance, and strengthening market positioning within the specification market.The Company:The business is an award-winning, privately owned global HVAC manufacturer with a strong UK presence.
