Excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a high quality claims management business, responsible for a number of reputable clients.GHG Solutions Limited is an UK claims and risk management company with offices in Southampton, Halifax and Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, providing high quality solutions to claim situations.Trading for over 30 years and now private equity backed, we have earned a reputation for quality domestic and commercial claims and risk management with specialisms in Subsidence, Property, Liability, TPA and High Net Worth claims.The company takes pride in the quality, experience and passion of its staff. This is reflected in the reputation we have earned, with a loss adjusting product that has been developed and refined and has been consistently rated as /"Excellent/" in external client audits.As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an experienced and professional Account Manager to take ownership of several key clients.What you will be responsible for:Key responsibilities to include but not limited to:Ensure retention and account development of key business by building long term strategic partnerships based on in-depth customer understanding Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needsAttend regular client review meetings representing GHG solutions, acting as their main point of contact for all queriesImplement any requests or changes to meet the clients needs Assist team members with any queries relating to the client, acting as their escalation point to help solve any problems as and when requiredEffectively manage client data, in an accurate and timely manner; analyse, report and forecast on commercial data including client revenue and profitability Work alongside the Head of Business Development and team to identify new business opportunities Regular travel to visit, and build relationships with, existing and prospective clients across the UK.What we need from you:Previous experience in Account Management, preferably with an understanding of the Claims Management industryRelevant experience within a B2B environmentProven track record of building long term customer relationshipsExcellent rapport building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trust and respectThe ability to collaborate and build strong and productive working relationships with a broad variety of stakeholderOutstanding communication skills with an ability to adapt style to suit the audienceStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into solutionsStrong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills to achieve win/win situationsSelf-motivated and capable of using own initiative, driven to succeedExcellent problem solving skillsA good aptitude for IT systemsExperience using a CRM system within a previous roleEffective Time ManagementIT literateBusiness conscious.What we offer in return:Discretionary company bonusBD Bonus schemeCar Allowance or Company Car 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after 3 years’ service and 30 days at 5 years’ service.
