We are expanding in the UK and seeking a Sales Executive to help us reach local companies and startups, drive new business growth, and build long-term partnerships. Role Overview We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have worked inside recruitment or staffi ng companies, selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions to clients. Experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales is a strong advantage.We are looking for a confi dent closer with full-cycle sales experience and deep understanding of the recruitment and staffi ng industry.Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients from startups, tech companies, and other businesses in the UK that use recruitment services and offshore staffi ng solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposals → negotiation → closing. Build strong relationships with HR/Talent leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers. Identify market opportunities and support the company’s growth strategy. Represent Eiva HR at HR, staffing, and outsourcing industry events.Required Experience A minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience within a recruitment or staffing company. Proven success selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions (retainer, contingency, RPO, sourcing, offshore staffi ng). Strong advantage: experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales. Full sales cycle experience and strong understanding of recruitment workfl ows. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent English + CRM proficiency.What We Offer Competitive base salary.
