The ideal candidate will have proven experience working across RIBA Stages 3–5, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to lead projects confidently from design development through to delivery. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects from RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design) through to Stage 5 (Construction).Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Oversee site inspections, progress, and quality control.Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.RequirementsARB-registered Architect with experience in London/UK projects.Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 3–5.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to lead projects independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented approach.
