Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, their consultants support a diverse client base, including homeowners, landlords, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals.As part of their dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Property Consultants, and Valuers, you’ll have the freedom to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of residential surveying projects across both the public and private sectors.You will be involved in the following instructions:Homebuyer surveys and valuationsBuilding surveys and defect inspectionsLeasehold and freehold adviceStructural assessments of residential propertiesDilapidation surveys for residential propertiesSchedules of condition for residential propertiesParty wall mattersMortgage valuations and reports for financial institutionsSpecific defect investigations and remedial adviceExpert witness services in residential property disputesThey offer a personal and dedicated service with an open and honest approach.
