Interim Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities & Additional Needs Residential Home Location: West Yorkshire Contract: 3 months (Interim) Rate: Competitive day rate About the Role We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and stability to a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. This is a vital short-term assignment, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff support during a transitional period. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring safe, person-centred care. - Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies. - Support, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high-quality practice. - Drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency. - Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for residents. Requirements - Current or recent Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities/additional needs services. - Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. - Ability to quickly adapt and provide stability in a fast-paced environment. - Enhanced DBS on the update service.
