Learning and Development Advisor

Our client are a global professional services organisation and have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to lead major learning initiatives and drive talent development across the business. This strategic role is suited to a proven L&D professional seeking impact, growth, and exposure to senior stakeholders within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.In this role you will work closely with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify development needs, designing blended learning experiences that enable skill-building, behavioural change and measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and roll-out of innovative learning programmes from concept to delivery and evaluation that support organisational goals and professional growth.Source and manage external providers for specialist and expert-level development, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.Guide and support the administration of training and learning events with a team skilled in delivery logistics.Deliver some select training sessions and facilitate development workshops.Advise HR Business Partners, sponsors and employees on individual and team development solutions, learning pathways and career development options.Champion communications for L&D, ensuring programmes are well-publicised and fully engaged by the business.Collect and analyse feedback, continuously evolving the design and implementation of learning experiences.Contribute to wider talent development, change and people projects as part of the HR team.Applicants MUST have:Extensive, progressive experience in L&D advisory or programme design (professional services preferred)Professional services experience ideally an international firmKatie Bard is acting as an agency and is an equal opportunities employer.
