Operations Director (SaaS) — Fully Remote (UK)Package: £80,000–£90,000 base + performance bonusLocation: Fully remote within the UK/EU (occasional travel for quarterly offsites)Reports to: CEO (exec team member)We are looking to recruit an experienced, commercially savvy Operations Director to own four mission-critical areas of my clients SaaS business. You will be hands-on with systems and integrations (including hardware connectivity), convert data into action, scale processes to ensure customer satisfaction.The Operations Director will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, improving processes, and ensuring a seamless link between commercial objectives and day-to-day delivery.The role:Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and complianceDesign and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies to support business growthOversee business-critical functions such as systems, customer delivery, supply chain, finance operations, and complianceAnalyse operational performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to the leadership teamLead on systems and process improvements, including integrations and automationManage relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholdersDrive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence across teamsSupport the CEO/Board in long-term strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisionsEnsure health 'safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the businessLead and inspire cross-functional teams, developing talent and embedding best practiceThe candidate:Proven experience as an Operations Director, Head of Operations, or senior operational leadership roleStrong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse data and drive decisions based on insightTrack record of leading teams and implementing scalable systems and processesTechnically confident: able to oversee business systems, integrations, and hardware/software linkages where requiredExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving ability and hands-on approach to delivering solutionsResilient, adaptable, and experienced in working in fast-paced, high-growth businessesInterested?
