We are working with a Legal firm based in central London to find a Training Manager to help drive digital transformation and adoption across the firm. This newly created role is key to embedding a culture of continuous learning and innovation by championing the adoption of new technologies and enhancing digital capabilities.This is not a traditional training role. While onboarding and core IT training remain important, you will create and deliver engaging, modern learning experiences that help people at all levels use digital tools more effectively.Key responsibilities:Design and deliver impactful multi-format trainingLead IT inductions for new joiners, keeping content relevant and aligned to digital strategyUse data to identify training needs, improve systems usage, and inform change strategiesCreate accessible learning resources tailored to diverse roles and learning stylesDeliver bespoke training to different departments and practice groupsMonitor feedback and IT support trends to target high-impact learning interventionsPartner with IT, Legal Tech, HR, and senior stakeholders to remove barriers to adoptionExperience needed:Proven experience in IT training or digital adoption, ideally in a legal/professional services environmentStrong technical knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), legal tech tools (e.g. iManage), and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)Experience designing content using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or Microsoft StreamStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA user-centric mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed in a changing digital workplaceA proactive, strategic thinker who takes ownership and drives continuous improvementAccreditation in learning design or training (e.g. TAP, CIPD) is desirableThis is a newly created permanent opportunity that will suit someone with a Training background with a strong Change Management focus, embedding new systems and new ways of working to help take the firm to the next stage of growth.
