Immigration Lawyer/Caseworker

Role DescriptionAs a Caseworker, you will provide expert immigration and asylum advice, manage caseloads, prepare and represent cases and ensure the highest standards of client care.Key Responsibilities:Provide advice and casework assistance in all areas of UK immigration lawEnsure all contact with the client and any other action taken in respect of cases is recorded on attendance notes and regularly updated on the database.Interview and advise clients regarding Immigration/Asylum law, procedure and practice.Liaise with Immigration Authorities, other agencies and groups as required.Meet specified casework and other targets as set by SupervisorStay current with immigration law developments and attend trainingWork to meet personal and team targetsUndertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Management.✅ What we’re looking for:- Fully accredited at IAA Level 1, 2 or 3- LLB or Law related degree or diploma- At least 1 year of experience in immigration and asylum legal advice & representation.- Strong communication, organisational and client care skills.- Confident liaising with clients, authorities and stakeholders.*Please do not apply if you are not IAA-accredited*
