This role involves a combination of seeking out new business and identifying growth / new business opportunities from key existing accounts. This organisation has a truly unmatched impact on the lives of students – they are looking for a Business Development Manager who shares this passion and can act as a consultative & enthusiastic representative on behalf of the business.This opportunity is home-based, with European travel several times per year.ResponsibilitiesMaintain long-term relationships with key accounts across the education & public sector spaceIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts & manage commercial processesIdentify & prospect new business opportunities within the space, managing the full sales cycle with prospective accountsDrive revenue growth for the organisation by acting as a consultative point of contact for both new & existing accounts across EuropeCollaborate with internal teams as & when neededThe Successful Candidate3+ years consultative sales experienceExperience selling into the education space is idealCandidates outside of the education space will also be consideredAbility to speak a second European language would be a plus but not essentialBased in the UKBusiness Development Manager PackageBasic salary: up to £50,000OTE: +£25,000Car allowanceElevated pension optionsFlexible working options25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
