This position will form part of the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team and will focus on generating on-brand assets to support our many brands advertising strategy.Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised individual, who will be proactive and work cross-functionally within the business. This person will manage all day-to-day projects, with accuracy and on-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic with the ability to visually communicate a message clearly and creatively. This individual should be comfortable with creative, high-volume production, and producing compatible Digital design deliverables.Responsibilities:Exceptional design skills across digitalWorking with layers, color schemes, color correction, fonts, clipping paths, masks and die-linesProof and perform quality control on your own and other’s work in detailDemonstrate the ability to work under pressure, at pace and keep track of multiple projectsRequirements:Experience in design or a relevant field preferred3-5 years design experienceStrong design aestheticProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS OfficeSelf-motivated with excellent time management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environmentCollaborative team player who can effectively communicate with various internal teams in a corporate environmentMust be flexible and willing to adapt to the evolving landscape of project-workAbility to retouch images and apply styles/filter effects in-line with a Brands directionPortfolio with relevant work experience and examples requiredWhat’s more, you’ll get that pride that comes from empowering makers, doers, protectors, and everyday heroes all over the world.
