Their platform is already used by thousands of business customers and has processed billions in energy transaction value.The RoleWe’re looking for a Lead Brand & Creative Motion Designer to lead motion design across brand, product, and marketing. You’ll own end-to-end motion output — from concept through delivery — helping define a distinctive motion language and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve a scalable motion design system and visual languageDeliver motion work end-to-end across campaigns, product, social, and webTranslate complex energy and technical concepts into clear, engaging storytellingMaintain high creative standards and build reusable motion assets and systemsUse AI tools to accelerate ideation, storyboarding, and productionCollaborate with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teamsRequirements: Strong motion portfolio demonstrating storytelling, typography, and pacingLeadership experience delivering projects end-to-end with autonomyAbility to translate complex ideas into clear motion narrativesExperience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environmentsFamiliarity with AI tools in creative workflowsDesirable:Advanced After Effects (Cinema 4D/Blender a plus)Understanding of editing, rhythm, and soundExperience with web motion (Lottie/Rive or similar)Interested in hearing more, hit the apply button!
