A supportive, engaging workplace where talent thrives.The RoleExperienced HR Advisor to join the team for a 3 months to help aid in the interim of movement. Reporting to the Head of Operational People Services, youll partner closely with managers to deliver high-quality HR support across our manufacturing sites, with a strong focus on employee relations, engagement, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance and absenceProvide expert advice on complex ER matters, ensuring fairness and legal complianceSupport managers to foster positive employee engagement and workplace cultureResolve conflicts effectively and constructivelyEnsure compliance with UK employment law and company policiesLiaise with trade unions and employee representatives where requiredSupport the full employee lifecycle (promotions, transfers, family leave, exits)Maintain accurate personnel records in line with GDPR and retention policiesAbout xjdpvnf YouProven HR experience with a strong employee relations focusSound knowledge of UK employment lawConfident communicator able to handle sensitive issues professionallyStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIT-literate (Microsoft Office)CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent)For more information please call Michaella or apply within.
