Credit Control Manager

As a result of our client expansion plans, and continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Credit Control Manager to be based at a Head Office in Plymouth.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Reporting to the Management Accountants, this role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our credit control function, maximise potential revenue whilst working on various projects around process improvements efficiencies and cost saving exercises.Responsibilities:Oversee the full credit control process from start to finish.Take charge of recovering outstanding paymentsAssist with the month-end billing proceduresPerform reconciliations for debtor control accounts and intercompany balancesManage provisions for bad debtsMaximising supplier turnover rebatesAnalyze revenue from Kitchen and Caf operations.Support and challenge credit card chargebacksOversee purchase ledger payments, terms & supplier discounts.Continuously improve processes for efficiency and cost savings.Provide monthly debtor analysis to senior managementSupport the preparation of month-end processes and assist with the year-end audit.Other tasks as requiredPerson Specification:This is a demanding role in a fast paced environment.
