Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 DOE Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Services Lead to join a forward-thinking professional services organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.This is a client-facing role where you will be involved in the delivery of cloud accounting solutions, support digital adoption, and play a key role in improving systems, processes, and data quality across the business.You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards and consistent delivery across digital services, helping with migrations within the organisatin adn their clientsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end cloud accounting migrations, including system setup, data transfer, reconciliation, and go-live supportDeliver workshops to understand current processes and design improved, efficient workflowsManage and enhance client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional experienceLine manage and mentor team members, overseeing workload allocation and quality assuranceDevelop and implement best practices for documentation, workflows, and inter-team collaborationEnsure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across internal systemsSupport regulatory onboarding processes, including KYC/AML requirementsCollaborate with senior stakeholders to scope projects, build proposals, and present solutionsMonitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience delivering cloud accounting solutions in a client-facing environmentMSP Back ground is perfect!!Strong experience with platforms such as Xero and/or QuickBooks Online but not essential Proven track record of leading projects from discovery through to implementation and post-go-live supportSolid understanding of ledger migrations, reconciliations, VAT setup, and system integrationsExperience managing or mentoring team membersStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyDesirable Skills & ExperienceRelevant certifications in cloud accounting software (advanced level preferred)Experience with onboarding and workflow automation toolsKnowledge of compliance processes such as KYC/AMLBackground within a professional services environmentExperience with practice management or document management systemsAdvanced Excel skills, including data transformation techniquesWhat's on OfferRemote /flexible working with a supportive, collaborative team- 36.25 hours32,000 - 35,000 per year (DOE) with annual salary review25 days holiday plus public holidays, with flexible buy/sell optionsLife cover and 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgrammeFlexible benefits including health support, private medical, cycle to work, and charitable givingPerformance-related incentivesEmployer pension contributions increasing with serviceEnhanced family-friendly policies after qualifying periodThis vacancy is being advertised by HRGO Recruitment on behalf of their client. xjdpvnf To apply, please submit your CV.
