Fleet Administrator

We are looking for a professional, outgoing and motivated individual to work as a Fleet Administratorin our Head Office based in Exeter.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Key Purpose of Role This role involves working at our Head Office within a busy team, assisting in the repair process and aftersales support function. This could include progress chasing in relation to vehicles that are in our approved repair network, approving aftersales or buy back claims, grading vehicle damage and allocation within the repair network. Managing your workload in line with Company procedures, to achieve an efficient, effective and economic repair resolution process.Main DutiesLiaising with Repairers and updating internal systems Support Defleet Repair Assistant Manager in building relationships and maintaining good rapport with Repairers and customers on the networkWorking in line with the subcontract Bodyshop policy / procedure updates / service level agreementsReporting to line manager on Repairer performanceLiaise with external Repairers and internal departments as necessary to ensure a smooth operationSupport the Aftersales process, which could include authorising damage claims, dealing with buy back requests and raising purchase ordersGrade vehicle damage from In-Life and Refurb vehicles, making commercial decisions on which vehicles need repair and allocating them within our networkProducing & maintaining spreadsheetsDealing with telephone/email queries to resolve issues promptlyGeneral administration dutiesTo undertake any additional duties at the request of your line xjdpvnf manager, that are deemed to be within your competency levelsTo adhere to all Scot Group policies and proceduresTo undertake any training and development activities at the request of your line managerKeep safe and secure, all company assetsContribute fully as a team member, assisting others in their roles as requested by line manager.Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications RequiredNo prior experience necessary, full on the job training will be given Good IT skills Good communicator
