We are looking for a Fleet Distribution Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth flow of daily vehicle logistics operations.The Role:Coordinating vehicle changeovers and managing the defleeting/bodyshop processesLiaising with customers, various departments and senior staff membersGenerating, overseeing, and tracking office tasks while adhering to tight deadlinesProducing regular daily/weekly reports for management and providing ad hoc reporting as neededComplying to and following company policiesThe candidate:Previous customer service experience desirableHappy to work independently, as well as in a team in fast pace environmentExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational skill and attention to detailAbility to multitaskMS applications experience an advantageAbout us:Switch is the largest privately owned leasing company in the UK with 89 locations nationwide.
