This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for the right people looking for long-term, stable work with great end employers!Whats on offer:15.00 per hourMonday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays)Day shifts 05.45am - finishTemp to Perm role after successful trial periodSupportive team and good working environmentThe role:Drive and operate a refuse collection vehicle safely and efficiently.Collect household, commercial, or recycling waste on scheduled routes.Supervise and assist loaders (crew members) where needed.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and traffic regulations.Perform basic vehicle checks and report any faults or damage.Interact politely with the public and report any collection issues.Requirements:Valid Class 2 (Category C) licenceCPC and Digi Tacho CardPrevious RCV experience essentialGood communication skills and a positive attitudeReliability and attention to safety are a mustIf youre a confident Class 2 driver looking for a steady role with potential to go permanent,apply todayand one of the Synergise Recruitment team will be in touch.JBRP1_UKTJ
