The role focuses on securing business-critical systems and guest data across digital platforms and internal infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of security engineers.Manage and optimise security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, firewalls).Oversee vendor and MSSP relationships.Define the security tooling strategy and governance framework.Support incident response and produce regular security reports.Requirements:10+ years in information security, including 35 years in a security engineering capacity.Strong knowledge of modern security technologies, scripting, and automation.Leadership experience in IT security, ideally in service-focused industries.Understanding of endpoint, network, and data security within compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CEH, Security+, GCIH, or similar.
