Working across the full product lifecyclefrom concept and prototyping through to productionyoull collaborate closely with hardware, power electronics, and product teams to deliver highperformance, reliable solutions.What Youll Be DoingDeveloping realtime embedded software for motor control applicationsCreating firmware for Microchip PIC microcontrollers (baremetal and RTOS)Optimising code for performance, memory efficiency, and maintainabilityDesigning and maintaining embedded GUIs for motor control systemsInterfacing with hardware peripherals: SPI, I2C, UART, USBImplementing industrial communication protocols: Modbus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, Profibus DPSupporting hardware development, including:Electronic circuit designPower electronics integrationContributing to PCbased configuration and remotecontrol toolsWhat Youll BringDegree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceStrong experience in realtime embedded C developmentProven background with Microchip PIC microcontrollersSolid understanding of lowlevel hardware/software interactionExperience working in resourceconstrained embedded environmentsFamiliarity with oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and incircuit debuggersExperience with source control and peer code reviews
