This includes road realignments, utility diversions, and structural works, ensuring that the project progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This is a chance to work on one of the UK's most transformative infrastructure projects, managing complex packages of work while driving a safety-first culture and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enabling works, including road alignments, utility diversions, and structures. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Resource Management: Coordinate labour, plant, and materials effectively, ensuring optimal performance and minimal waste. Health & Safety: Champion safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all statutory and company requirements. Quality Control: Monitor project standards and ensure all works meet required specifications and quality benchmarks. Programme & Budget Management: Track progress against the programme, manage budgets, and take corrective actions where necessary.What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role, ideally on large infrastructure or enabling works. Strong technical knowledge of road alignments, utility diversions, and structural works. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications.Why Join Us?
