Job Description We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the team at our Plymouth site. As a Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts.What you will be doing: Provide support and assistance where required .Co-ordinating and recording the rectification of system faults.Coordinating change management processSetting up of new installation projects.Processing and and setting up of small works projectsOnsite Vetting support and security documentation maintenanceApproval of Invoices and raising of invoicesCreating/developing administration tools and KPIsLiaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.Liaison with contracting authority and key stakeholders within end customerMaintenance of Docuware storage systemProcess purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliersGeneral administration duties as necessary.What we are looking for:Understanding of commonly used office packagesA high standard of computer literacyAbility to prioritise and work on own initiativeLogical & numerical aptitudeExperienceThis opportunity is subject employment screening you will be required to have 5 Year checkable work history and hold Right to work unrestricted in the UK/EU G4S Benefits25 days holidayWorkplace pension schemeLife assurance benefitContributory Healthcare SchemeEyecare vouchersEmployee Discount SchemesProgression, training & development opportunitiesRefer a friend scheme
