This role sits at the heart of operations, driving efficiency, upholding seller standards, and turning data into action. You'll support day-to-day processes, ensure sellers remain compliant, and play a critical role in maintaining smooth marketplace performance. As Seller Compliance & Analyst Lead, you'll: Oversee seller operations and ensure compliance with trading conditions and SLAs Manage reporting, track KPIs, and turn insight into action Support issue resolution-from delivery delays to technical bugs Work with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks Support API integrations and operational improvements You'll also handle seller logistics, product availability checks, and help shape our pricing, promotional, and margin protection strategies.
