Project Administrator Plymouth 28,000 Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am 5:00pm Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same, where you can contribute to meaningful construction projects across education, defence, heritage, healthcare, and more? About the Role As a Project Administrator , youll play a crucial role in supporting both site and office operations. From managing documents and compliance records to supporting project teams and site managers, youll help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Youll be based in the Plymouth office , with some interaction with live construction sites, offering a great balance between administrative work and being part of real-world project delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate administration for site set-ups and ongoing site support Maintain and upload project documentation using platforms such as Autodesk Compile and issue operational and maintenance manuals to clients Support Health & Safety compliance and audits Assist the Office Manager with general business administration Handle phone calls, enquiries, and visitor interaction professionally Organise, file and retrieve documents to ensure accurate records Ensure all work is accurate, timely and reflects high standards Provide full administrative support to project and site teams Maintain positive working relationships across departments What Were Looking For Essential : Strong administrative and organisational skills Friendly, helpful and professional communication style Desirable: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Administration Previous experience in construction or project-based environments Familiarity with Autodesk , SharePoint , or similar platforms Understanding of Health & Safety documentation and processes For more information apply within or call Michaella on 01752 252533 TPBN1_UKTJ
