This varied role offers exposure to a broad range of accountancy services, providing excellent opportunities to develop comprehensive expertise across multiple disciplines.Audit and Accounts Senior Responsibilities:Prepare and compile financial statements for limited companies with varying complexitiesProcess and finalise tax returns for both corporate entities and individual clientsSupervise junior staff members, providing guidance and reviewing their workParticipate in both internal and external audit engagementsDevelop strong working relationships with clients across diverse sectorsContribute to the firm's continued growth and developmentWork closely with partners and managers on client assignmentsDemonstrate technical accuracy and attention to detail across all workMaintain awareness of regulatory changes and compliance requirementsHelp shape the evolution of the role as the practice expandsAudit and Accounts Senior Requirements:AAT qualification or currently studying towards ACA/ACCA professional qualifications2-4 years' experience working within an accountancy practice environmentStrong understanding of UK accounting standards and tax regulationsExcellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detailEffective communication abilities with both colleagues and clientsWell-organised approach with capability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience supervising junior team members (advantageous)Previous audit experience (preferable but not essential)Proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to firm growthCommitment to continuing professional developmentBenefits:Salary up to 35k based on experience and qualificationsHealthcare benefitsProfessional development within a supportive team environmentClear pathway for career progressionPlus much more!The Ideal Candidate:The perfect applicant combines solid technical accountancy knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills.
