Job Description Job Title: Fabricator (Shipbuilding / Ship Repair)Location: PlymouthEmployment Type: Contract OngoingAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team, working on specialist marine engineering projects. This role will involve fabrication and fitting work on naval vessels, including high-specification components within challenging environments.Key Responsibilities:Fabrication and fitting of brackets, seating and insertsWorking from engineering drawings and specificationsCarrying out precise cutting and shaping of materialsEnsuring all work meets strict quality and safety standardsCollaborating with wider engineering and production teamsEssential Requirements:Proven experience in shipbuilding and/or ship repairProficiency in oxy-acetylene and plasma cuttingMinimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExperience of working on Submarines is desirable but not essentialIf you have the required experience and are looking to work on technically challenging marine projects, we encourage you to apply.To Apply:Please apply below or send your CV through to [email protected]
