Job Description Arbor Bespoke Cabinet Makers Ltd are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our workshop in Pewsey.We are open to full time, part time and short term contract applications. Please note salary and rates are negotiable, depending on experience and capabilityWe make beautiful, bespoke fitted furniture, from kitchens and wardrobes to dressing rooms. Projects range from design-led one-off pieces to practical fitted solutions for a range of homes in Wiltshire, London and further afield.We are looking for someone who is passionate about woodworking, takes pride in their work, and can work independently or as part of a small, skilled team.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture and assemble custom-built cabinets and furniture to client specificationsInterpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring precision in all dimensions and finishesPrepare materials such as hardwoods, veneers, and decorative elementsOperate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organised workshopContribute to a safe working environment by following health and safety practicesAttend site as and when required RequirementsProven experience in cabinet making or fine woodworking, with a portfolio of completed workStrong understanding of woodworking methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret detailed technical drawingsHigh level of craftsmanship and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachSelf-motivated, adaptable, and productive, able to meet deadlines and solve problemsWe value people who can work efficiently, solve problems, and take responsibility for the quality of their work.What We OfferSalary: Negotiable, depending on experience and capabilitySociable working hours with overtime opportunitiesThe chance to work on a variety of ambitious and bespoke projectsIf you are a capable cabinet maker who enjoys producing quality work and getting things done, wed love to hear from you.
