Friday, 08:00 - 12:30 Back shift: Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00. Friday, 12:30 - 17:00 Night shift: Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00. Friday, 17:00 - 21:30 About you: HNC Qualified and/or time served within a toolmaker skill set A strong machining background Possess competent Toolmaking skills in: Lathes, Milling Machines, CNC Programming and Fabrication and Welding Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment. Experience in Fabrication 'Assembly Tack' Weld Fixture Manufacture Experience using Leica Coordinate measuring equipment Experience in "Heavy Fabrication" Understanding of hydraulic components and systems. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: The reading and understanding of Engineering Drawings and design processes. The use of CNC (Siemens control systems) and manual tooling such as Vertical Machining Centres and Lathe turning centres. Installation of all new and modified Jigs and Fixtures. Maintain robust 5S Standards in all aspects of the role. Support all operational teams during breakdowns and changes to equipment or processes. Maintenance, Inspection & Calibration of a wide range of equipment including Fabrication, Assembly 'Tack/Weld' Fixtures & Manipulators. Flexibility in working a three-shift pattern (Dayshift, Backshift, Nightshift) Application process: Candidates may be asked to attend the facility for a meet and greet as part of the application process This is an ongoing temporary role with no end date.
