We work on huge variety of 4x4 vehicles from around the world, therefore, we are looking for individuals with experience in this area.SummaryWe are seeking for a skilled Mechanic and/or Bodyshop Technician to join our busy workshop. You will play a vital role in maintaining and customizing 4x4 vehicles, ensuring each build meets our high standards and customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesModifying vehicles to customer requirements, including, but not exclusive to bumpers, winches, canopies, brakes, underbody armour, suspension upgrades, roof tents, etcAuto-electrical work- diagnostics, wiring, making bespoke wiring harnessesPreparing vehicle for and applying underbody wax treatment (Dinitrol)General servicing and repairsConduct full vehicle examinations and identify non-routine issues, faults, defects while in the workshop, as well as during a road testMIG WeldingPreparation and repair of bodywork to primer stageKeeping work area clean and tidyKeeping detailed records of all work done on each vehicleEnsure all work complies with safety standards and quality procedures.Personal QualitiesPositive, can-do attitudeAbility to work on own initiative with minimal supervisionExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, logic and common sense in regard to work methods applied to achieve high quality resultsHonesty with high levels of integrityThoroughness and ability to work with defined processes and guidelinesQualifications/ Experience RequiredMechanic- fully qualified, experience 3 years (preferred)Auto electrical (1 year preferred)Welding- fully qualified (1 year preferred)Full UK drivers licence (required)JBRP1_UKTJ
