With decades of experience supporting manufacturing and industrial businesses, the company provides end-to-end compressed air solutions, including system design, installation, performance monitoring, and energy optimisation.The RoleYou will play a key role in expanding market presence across the East of England by delivering tailored compressed air solutions to industrial clients. This is a field-based position offering autonomy to manage your territory while working closely with a collaborative internal team.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow market share across your territory by developing long-term relationships with industrial customersManage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing dealsConduct site visits and system assessments to understand customer requirementsPrepare and present tailored technical proposals and solutionsDeliver product demonstrations and technical presentationsSupport customers through installation and implementation stagesProvide responsive after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfactionWork closely with internal sales, technical, and service teamsSupport and motivate regional distributor partnersMaintain accurate records of sales activity, market feedback, and pipeline developmentCandidate RequirementsExperience within compressed air systems, industrial engineering, pneumatics, rotating equipment or related sectors would be beneficial.Previous sales experience, ideally involving technical products or capital equipmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and territoryStrong organisational and planning abilityFull UK driving licenceBenefitsOTE 50,000-60,0005% annual bonusCompany vehicle10% pension scheme25 days holidays plus bankPrivate healthcare
