Job Description Business Development Manager - PaymentsField Sales / Door-to-Door New BusinessOTE 100k | 50k Basic + 50k Uncapped | Company CarPeterborough (Field-Based) NOT A DESK ROLE This is a full-time, door-to-door, cold field sales role. If you haven't succeeded in face-to-face cold selling, do not apply.This is 100% new business. No accounts. No warm handovers.You'll be out in the field daily, walking into businesses unannounced, speaking directly to Owners, Directors, and MDs. Expect rejection. Success comes from activity, resilience, and closing ability.You'll sell card payment solutions, mobile payments, and EPOS systems to businesses across retail, hospitality, leisure, and SMEs. You'll build your own pipeline from scratch, negotiate, and close deals yourself, owning your patch with full autonomy.This role is for you if you: Have proven door-knocking or field sales experience Thrive in high-rejection, high-reward environments Want full control over your earnings Prefer being in the field, not behind a deskDo not apply if you: Only have telesales/inbound experience Want account management or remote sellingPackage: 50k basic | 100k OTE uncapped | Car | Laptop | Phone | Pension | 25 days holiday
