Job Description PROPERTY SPECIALISTLocation: PeterboroughSalary: 30,000 - 35,000 (DOE)Hours: Monday to Friday, Full TimeInterviewing from: 23rd MarchThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a PROPERTY SPECIALIST to join a growing and professional property business based in Peterborough. This is a varied and hands on role that would suit someone who enjoys being out and about with properties, has a keen eye for presentation, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants. You will play an important role in preparing properties for market, producing marketing material, carrying out inspections, and ensuring the smooth running of property check ins, check outs and inventories.
