Happy and motivated workforce Smart, modern offices in rural location they built their own offices The Role Quantity Surveyor You will be office based with site visits, sites are within 1.5 hours of their office. You will be joining a commercial team of 10 led by an Associate Director. You will be working on projects ranging from around 4m-15m, mostly social housing contracts under JCT D&B. The right person Quantity Surveyor You will be qualified to HNC level with housing experience or main contracting experience You will have a minimum of 5 years experience.
