Production Team Leader

We are currently seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our busy packing and production team. What youll be doing: Supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced production environment Supporting the team with packing and general production duties Ensuring daily targets and standards are met Assisting with training and development of staff Covering both morning shifts (05:3014:00) and afternoon shifts (13:3022:00) What were looking for: Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in production or manufacturing Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team Flexibility to work both shifts as required An FLT licence would be highly desirable Whats on offer: Starting pay of 14.00 per hour Increased pay to 14.50 per hour after training (approx. 6 weeks) Ongoing support and development Immediate start following a short interview and site tour If you have the experience and leadership qualities were looking for, wed love to hear from you.
