Job Description FDR is a property focused legal services business, working under AIIC Group, the holding company for Taylor Rose, FDR and Kingsley Wood. Our FDR team are highly experienced residential and conveyancing property lawyers who provide clear and high-quality legal advice. As we continue to embrace technology to deliver innovative legal solutions. As we continue our commitment to growth, technology service and culture, we are seeking an experienced recruitment executive to work with the CEO in the recruitment of self-employed Conveyancers and Property Lawyers specifically for FDR.The consultant programme is a key part of the firms business strategy offering self-employed positions under the firms umbrella to qualified Solicitors and a better work life balance and earning potential.This position will be office based until your training is completed, then we offer 3 days in Peterborough and 2 days working from home. We offer financial incentives based on your ability to meet business KPI's and Targets. The recruitment executive will be part of a growing department and work to increase the acquisition of new consultants as well as assist on projects within an expanding programme.This role will involve but is not limited to:Dealing with incoming leadsCompleting department data reportsFollowing up with post interviewed candidates by phone and emailInitial calls with candidatesProgression calls with candidatesRecord keepingInitial research on various projects working with recruitment managerAssisting with meeting department KPIs set by recruitment managerKeeping candidates informed and updated throughout the processAnswering queries from candidatesAssisting with consultant recruitment marketing activitiesAssisting with consultant recruitment projectsIdentifying and contacting potential candidatesUpdating the Company website and Consultant and Sub-Consultant website profiles.Joining Recruitment Manager in networking and at eventsRequirementsPrevious experience in a 360 Recruitment roleWillingness to learnDriven to work to key performance indicators and work to specified targetsAble to work as part of a teamGood interpersonal skills supporting the ConsultantsExcellent organisationConfident and personable on the telephone and in meetingsGood problem solving and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with the Consultant Recruitment Team and other operational departments across the firmAbility to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritiseAbility to balance commercial interests with compliance requirementsService and client experience centricExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganised and self-motivatedAbility to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCompany Core Values:Aspire: To challenge convention, an entrepreneur with energy for change.
