Payroll Specialist - 12 month FTC

Were on the lookout for ahighly organised, detail-driven Payroll Specialistto join our Group Payroll Team within People Operations. In this hybrid role, youll play a key part in deliveringaccurate, timely, and compliant payrollacross multiple entitiessupporting business growth, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives. What youll be doing:Processing multiple monthly payrolls for1,5005,000 employees . Managing end-to-end payroll reconciliation and month-end reporting. Handling payroll queries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or in person. Ensuring compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, and HMRC/TPR requirements. Supporting system upgrades, acquisitions, and data integrations. Maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality across all payroll and HR systems. Who were looking for:Experience inhigh-volume payrollenvironments. Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Cascade, SD Worx, Dayforce, or similar). Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
