Payroll Specialist - 12 month FTC

Were on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-driven Payroll Specialist to join our Group Payroll Team within People Operations. In this hybrid role, youll play a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across multiple entities supporting business growth, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives. What youll be doing: Processing multiple monthly payrolls for 1,5005,000 employees . Managing end-to-end payroll reconciliation and month-end reporting. Handling payroll queries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or in person. Ensuring compliance with PAYE, NI, pensions, and HMRC/TPR requirements. Supporting system upgrades, acquisitions, and data integrations. Maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality across all payroll and HR systems. Who were looking for: Experience in high-volume payroll environments. Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Cascade, SD Worx, Dayforce, or similar). Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail.
