When you join us as a Maintenance Operative, youll benefit from:Competitive salaryBonus5 housebuilder - Be part of a company that consistently delivers quality homes and outstanding customer satisfactionLife Cover & Contributory PensionEmployee Benefits Platform giving you access to high-street discounts, wellbeing support, and moreCommitted to diversity, inclusion, and empowering your developmentWhat is the role?The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, providing maintaining high standards of customer experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLAs.Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities.Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis.Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators.Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout teamWhat experience do I need?Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and toolsPainting, Joinery & Tiling experience is requiredPASMA certificate is advantageousExcellent customer service skillsConversant with Microsoft OfficeCurrent CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)First Aid qualification would be advantageousFull UK Driving Licence is requiredBefore submitting your application, please take a moment to review our privacy policy, which is available on our corporate website, which will detail how we will process your personal data.
