This is really quite a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing portfolio and have a real influence on the maintenance function and owning it too.Responsibilities and duties of the Maintenance Manager roleReporting to the Operational Lead you will:To drive reliability and performance of anaerobic digestion assetsBe accountable for and own the CMMSPlan, coordinate and deliver the improvement projectsWork with the team to develop business cases for new projects, including the project scopes, budgets and schedulesLead the management of change process for all plant modification and improvement projectsConduct Risk Assessments, update P&IDs, SOPs and permitsReport back to key stakeholders with all project progressLead the small internal team in maintenance and work with the senior leaders to grow the team in line with the business needManage contractors when they're engaged to deliver any workLead, coach and develop the personnel in teamChampion health and safety at all times and lead from the frontConduct toolbox talks and support environmental complianceProfessional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:A degree or HND/C in a relevant engineering disciplineProven experience delivering OPEX and CAPEX projectsExperience with CMMSDemonstrable leadership experienceAnaerobic digestion experience is hugely preferred but not essential.
