Machine Operative

We are recruiting an Machine Operator for a company based in Yaxley, Peterborough. . This role offers excellent working hours and the opportunity to work with a supportive team. You will be responsible for operating machinery to bend, form and shape various metals including stainless steel and aluminium including beam saw. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate machines such as beam saw Work with different metals to produce precise components Read and interpret technical drawings Use measuring tools to ensure high accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience as a Machine Operator (essential) Ability to read technical/engineering drawings Comfortable working with metal, stainless steel, and aluminium Good attention to detail Pay & Working Hours: Starting from 12.21 per hour ( + bonus based on performance 13 - 15) Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm Benefits of Working with The Best Connection Weekly pay (every Friday) Online payslips Pension contribution Ongoing temporary assignment 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata for PAYE, inclusive of statutory holidays) The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
