Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - No Call outs

Job Description: Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Predominantly Home Counties (some national travel required) e.g Peterborough, Luton, Cambridge Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out small installations, commissioning, planned and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial gas appliances and associated equipment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out service, maintenance, and commissioning work on commercial gas systems and equipment. Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively. Proactively identify and report issues or potential faults. Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality building services support. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safe working practices, risk assessments, and method statements. Maintain vehicle stock levels and ensure accurate stock control. Keep plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas clean and well organised. Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards on-site. Key Skills and Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of gas equipment, including process burners and plant. Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial gas systems. Commercial Gas qualifications (essential): o CORT1, CDGA1, UVHW o CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1 Testing and purging qualifications and experience (TCP1A & 1) essential. 18th Edition qualification desirable. Understanding of building control systems and BMS. Computer literate, with experience using CAFM systems. Strong focus on health and safety practices in the workplace.
