Job DescriptionGroup Learning and Organisation Development Manager - Education Sector - 45,500 - Cambridgeshire/LincolnshireThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Organisation Development Manager to join an education organisation going through a period of positive change.Reporting into the Executive Director of People Services you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery and evaluation of high-impact learning, development and organisational development strategies and policies. Your key accountabilities will include:-Leading the design and delivery of Leadership and Management Development programmeOverseeing inductions, mandatory training and professional development for all employeesCommissioning and managing external training providersIntroducing and managing digital learning platforms and blended learning solutionsLeading the employee engagement surveys, driving analysis and supporting action plansManaging the development and delivery of OD programmes that support cultural changeDesigning and implementing talent management and succession planning frameworksDeveloping metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of L&D and OD interventions.You should be an experienced Learning and Organisation Development Manager with a track record of managing the full learning cycle including training needs analysis, management and leadership development. Experience in leading engagement initiatives including employee engagement surveys needs to be combined with strong analytical and excellent stakeholder management skills.
