The Role Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced M&E Design Engineer / M&E Design Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams from concept through to delivery, ensuring full design coordination and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee M&E design from feasibility through to completion Coordinate and review consultant and subcontractor designs Provide technical input during tender and pre-construction stages Support delivery teams to resolve design challenges and ensure compliance About You Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Combined Building Services design Knowledge of M&E systems integration and relevant regulations Familiarity with BIM / digital engineering tools (advantageous) Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience as a Design Manager or Senior M&E Design Engineer Remuneration Package M&E Design Manager Base Salary: 70,000 to 85,000 (reflective of experience and seniority) Company car or car allowance + travel expenses + bonus scheme Private healthcare + pension Generous holiday allowance + bank holidays Ongoing training and structured career progression If youre an experienced M&E Design Manager or M&E Design Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering some of the UKs most exciting projects.
