From premium treatment units to imaging, handpieces and everything in between, their name is trusted in practices all over the world.Now, theyre looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Midlands region.This isnt just another kit-in-a-bag sales role. Its about building deep relationships, coaching dealer reps, being the product expert in your area and helping clinicians deliver better care through better tools.What youll be doingManaging sales across a premium dental product portfolio, working both directly and via dealer partnersCoaching and developing dealer reps; joining them in the field, unlocking opportunities and helping them winRunning engaging demos and training sessions for dentists, nurses and practice teamsActing as the go-to expert for clinical product queries, installations and follow-up supportBuilding strong relationships with key practices, dental groups and thought leadersTracking activity and market insights via CRM, reporting back to shape wider sales strategyWhat were looking forSomeone with strong dental sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targetsA confident presenter, great at building trust and simplifying technical productsSomeone whos energised by people and passionate about delivering service, not just salesAble to work independently but collaborates well across teams and with partnersWilling to travel across the region, and occasionally attend evening or weekend events and congressesWhy this role?This is a chance to join a company where innovation, craftsmanship and purpose go hand in hand.
